Cleaning fee included in rate. Refundable Security Deposit: $500. State/County taxes are 18.712%. 50% of the rate and taxes are due at the time of reservation, the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.  Holiday deposits and extended stays are due sooner as written in contract.  No Pets Allowed.
